Sonny & Chloe say I do in Lemhi
Sonny and Chloe got married over the weekend and it was such a beautiful wedding full of so many emotions.
It's all in the details and these details were absolutely gorgeous. She incorporated lace from her late niece Lilly's dress, she wore an anklet with a blue turquoise on the front and inside the small locket was of photo of her father with the words "I walk with you today and always," a grandmother's handkerchief and another grandmother's diamond necklace. Her bouquet was just white lilies, in honor of Lilly. These small details were really a charming touch that are special to the bride.
Her three sisters stood next to her as her bridesmaids and it was so beautiful to see such a great bond between sisters. They helped in so many ways and really helped Chloe in her vision for the day. Sonny was accompanied by his brother and friends. The men wore some great floral ties and the girls were in neutral shades. Sonny looked quite damper in a suit and Chloe looked breathtaking in her satin gown.
They exchanged their own vows under the neatest arch in front of Sonny's parents house that over looked the hills of Lemhi. It was really wonderful. They served a delicious meal catered by the Junkyard Bistro. The reception was held on the back deck with fresh flower arrangements and custom glassware for guests. The newlyweds shared a seat at the front.
Traditional dances are hard especially when parents won't be there. Chloe's siblings had the sweetest surprise for her in lieu of their father's passing. Each brother took a turn and danced with Chloe while the most wonder song played with snippets of their father talking. It was so amazing, there was no dry eye watching this.
The bouquet toss may have been the biggest surprise of the day. Everyone came to attend Sonny and Chloe's wedding but little did anyone know there was a secret plan in play by Chloe and her Benjamin. When Chloe went to toss the bouquet to all the single ladies . . . well she hand delivered it to Kristen, Benjamin's girlfriend. Benjamin was anxiously standing there waiting to propose to her! It was so great. I have never photographed a proposal especially at a wedding! So much fun!
The sunset that night was beautiful so I took Sonny and Chloe away for some extra photos, it was a little less windy and the sun was just right.
