I saw the James family again this year!

A couple weeks back I scheduled some sessions in Challis and the James family was on the that list. I leave early in the morning since it's an hour drive and an early morning session. I get there a few minutes early and mentally prep and then realize  . . . . I never grabbed my batteries. 

In the hopes being "on top of it" I took all three batteries out of my bag and put them in a rotation to re-charge for my next day packed full of sessions. How embarrassing, right? I had no choice to re-schedule, I had no way of taking their family portraits. 

I made the long ride home, which seemed a lot longer on the way home, and then our schedules wouldn't working out until possibly November. 

Luckily (for me) the James family is so understanding and amazing. When they were in Salmon for some errands we were able to sneak in some family photos. 

Mason and Lucas are the cutest little boys. We really ran around, played games and made silly faces. 

At their age, they don't want to stand still and just pose. I always have tricks up my sleeve to get children laughing and smiling. We got a lot of great shots of this great family again this year! We roamed, played red light, green light and probably exhausted mom and dad!
