Four years later and Aubree is finally starting to like me, not so much EJ, but Aubree was talkative and posed like a queen for me. Four years ago she would just run away, now, EJ just runs away. And four years, I can't believe that. I have taken family photos, mommy and me photos, engagements, a wedding and more for this family! 

It is so much fun to see how much the kids have grown and also to see mom and dad. 

Ed and Kayla got married last October and had the most gorgeous fall wedding. Seriously one of one of my favorite weddings of all time. Kayla wanted to do some updated family portraits in the spring, they normally wait until fall. 

I loved that Kayla was in a dress and EJ was so handsome in his little button up. Aubree was quite the princess in her dress. We met at a little piece of heaven that I think is one of my favorite spots now, especially since my "go-to" spot isn't the same and needs some clean up. 

We ran around and just tricked the kids into posing and smiling, and that, is life. Let me tell you how many parents are at a session and think their kid is being the worst - A LOT. But in reality you are all in the same boat, your kid is running around, you don't think they are smiling and are attracted to dirt - this is nearly every single family session. Really. 

We play games, we run around, we make silly faces and we make memories. The Howick family have made so many memories in front of the camera that behind the scenes they were probably thinking, "holy shit, this is chaos." You are not alone.
