So you want to book a session but you have never had professional photos or maybe not since your wedding - and that's okay, you are in the right spot! 

The hardest part about a session? Picking your favorites. Really. 

Booking a session with me is easy, fun and stress-free. All you have to do is pick your package. I have three options all you have to do is choose your package, sign the contract and pay the non-refundable retainer. Yes contact. Yes non-refundable retainer. 

Your time is important and so is mine. My contract lays out what is included in the session and what to expect after - this also keeps us both accountable to be there on time and deliver an amazing session. 

So you booked now what? 

You will get a "follow up" email to confirm your date, time and place when it gets closer to your session day. This will also include ideas on how to keep your kids excited over the session and my process once we get there. 

Your session is today - what to expect. 

Yay, it is finally here and you may have stressed over outfits and making sure everyone looks "good." And you and I may have discussed outfits and locations prior to help ease your mind. I always suggest making sure everyone is full and hydrated before a session, you don't want to get there with everyone hungry. 

If this is the first time we are meeting, it can be awkward but, don't worry we will break that up fast. If your kids are tagging along, I kind of just let them "run the show," especially younger ones. Why? Let's be honest, upset kids make stressed parents and neither of those are good for family photos. Depending on location and time of year we will just play games, I will pose you and by the end of it, you will feel amazed on how easy it was. 

What happens after we are done?

Okay, maybe this is the hardest part. After your session is done you will get professionally edited sneak peeks. I post sneak peeks on Facebook and Instagram and try to tag clients but it doesn't always allow me to. I encourage you to comment, share, like, tag yourself -whichever you want. Sharing is caring right? 

There is a two-week turnaround time for final galleries. I always tell you two weeks but depending on the time of year, you may get it a lot sooner but never later. After each session, I go thru all of the photos and pick the best ones. Don't worry you get to pick YOURS. I "cull" thru them and then go back and hand edit each one. 

The final gallery link will be emailed to the same email you booked with. In that email, I explain how to choose your favorites and adding them to your cart. Each client will receive a password to the gallery and a code to use at checkout. You may share the gallery with others, they will need the password as well though. This is an extra step to help protect clients who don't want to be shared on social media and don't want people seeing their special family moments. 

I love my gallery! 

There are my favorite emails from clients. When they LOVE their gallery. It really makes me freaking excited. Once you choose your favorite photos from your gallery or purchasing extras you will get a receipt via email. At the bottom of the email is a link to your photos to digitally save them fast and easy straight to your device. 

That's it. 

You can purchase prints directly from me or order them from your chosen digital photos. But now you have some really special moments to hang on your walls and really cherish for a long time to come.
