The Plummers 2021
Jakob and Baylea got married.
The day started with Baylea getting pampered at her sister Morgan's salon, Mountain Glamour Salon & Spa. There she got her makeup done by Kerry and her hair done by her oldest sister, Morgan.
She was surrounded by her bridesmaids and family while getting ready. While the girls were doing hair and makeup the boys were all together trying to get into minimal trouble. They looked nice cleaned up nicely in their suit and ties.
The couple shared a "first look" before the ceremony, they shared a moment when Jakob got to see Baylea for the first time in her wedding dress. Such a great moment to get the rid of the wedding jitters and we were able to take nearly all the photos before the ceremony.
Baylea and Jakob wanted photos at that beautiful pond on Carmen Lane, such a serene spot and it was the perfect little place for photos, including the first look.
Baylea had such an amazing dress. The bottom was full and glittery and the top had some amazing bead work. She wore her Nana's pearls around her wrist. Both of her sisters, Courtnee and Morgan wore them at their weddings. I love these touches especially with this being the same piece of jewelry worn on their wedding days for all three sisters. Her bouquet was made of dried flowers and were gorgeous!
The couple got married at the Younger's property in Carmen, really a slice of heaven. They had both the ceremony and reception in one spot.
Their arch was a gorgeous wooden hexagon with pampas grass and greenery. The matching brown chairs were lined up perfectly with more pompeous grass down the aisle. Jakob's uncle was the officiant for the ceremony, the two exchanges rings and their own written vows. It was pretty great, Jakob got teary-eyed, the first time Baylea has seen him ever cry.
They walked back down the aisle with confetti and started the reception. The family made a delicious dinner of beef or chicken and all the sides. Morgan (in addition to doing everyone's hair) also is a great baker and had the responsibility of the cake for the wedding. It was really beautiful but she also makes those beautiful and perfect cookies in all shapes - you know the ones that you don't want to eat because they are too cute? She made custom cookies with their photos on them along with their date and names. I loved seeing their engagement photos I took on some of their cookies, it was really neat to see and a great addition to the wedding for the guests.
As the night went one the couple shared their tradition first dance followed by dances with their parents and grandparents. We had a chance to run away for a few minutes and capture some sunset photos since the property has a perfect spot for any sunset watchers. I loved the sunset photos plus Baylea got a cute jean jacket made with "Mrs. Plummer" on the back, we needed to get photos of.
