Ethan and Paige are married
Ethan and Paige are married!
Can you believe it? Probably. But it's finally happened and all came together. When Paige was getting ready she said, "I can't believe it's all coming together today." The time goes by fast from engaged, to planning to wedding day! Their day came together to perfectly.
I photographed these two for their engagement session and we had so much fun and I knew their wedding day was going to be awesome.
All the bridesmaids got ready together. Ethan and Paige each had eight bridesmaids and groomsmen, yes eight. But that doesn't surprise me at all. At one point during the day I said, "okay, now family," and a groomsmen said, "we are the family." Which is so true for them. Ethan and Paige are high school sweethearts and have been together for eight years. In that eight years they have grown up and have created some incredible relationships with their classmates. Their relationships are truly special. They all love each other so much for who they are and what they are.
Paige's best friends and sisters helped her get ready, did her hair so beautifully, her makeup was gorgeous and she had a stunning dress. It was so great to be there with them while they got ready and Paige starting to get nervous.
Ethan and Paige did a first look, when the couple sees each other before the ceremony. This can be a great way to get those tears out of the way, let the anxiety calm itself and see each other alone. I like these because it is a special moment for the bride and groom to see one another and really take in the moment - one on one. If you are planning a wedding, consider it.
Their ceremony was special, married in front a beautiful arch with Ethan's great uncle Jim marrying the two of them. They exchanged their own vows, that were really sweet. These two are so in love and it's so amazing to watch them together. When they came back down the aisle, the two were dancing. So cute.
They said their, "I do's" and were ready to get the party started. We did a lot of their photos prior to the ceremony which really helps after the ceremony if you don't have a cocktail hour planned or something for your guests to do. Luckily Dawn, Ethan's mom, helped me and was the best person to get everyone in and out so Ethan and Paige could join their guests.
They couples along with their bridal party made their grand entrance and the fun was just starting.
They served their guests food from The Junkyard Bistro and served cheesecake for their dessert, individuals for each guest. The DJ played great music and they enjoyed all of their first dances.
Every time I work with Ethan and Paige and even just see them in town I am amazed by how great they are together and for each other. Ethan loves Paige. During the speeches it was clear that Ethan knew Paige was the one, even before they were dating. I can't believe these two have been together for eight years, are high school sweethearts and now married. Next on the agenda is graduating college. I can't wait to see how their lives develop together as a family.
