Mr. & Mrs. Phillips - Salmon, Idaho Wedding
Mr. & Mrs. Phillips
I am so happy for these two. I have been able to photograph Nate and Lindsay so many times over the last few years. It may be for their family session which includes their five boys or just the two of them.
I feel like Lindsay has been planning this day for so long! It was a hot summer day and they were surrounded by family and friends who love them.
Lindsay got ready with her bridesmaids who were getting pampered by Sweet Cheeks Waxing and Skincare's makeup team. Jordan from J. Salon did Lindsay's hair and it was perfection. It can be so special being able to get ready with your closest friends on your wedding day. The bridesmaids had matching pjs to get ready in.
Lindsay looked so beautiful in her wedding dress. The couple opted in for a first look, an opportunity to see each other prior to the ceremony. They had a BIG bridal party so we got the photos done prior.
They ceremony and reception was held at the Phillips' property on Diamond Creek Road. It is one of my favorite places to photograph for weddings. The venue is a great piece of land right on the river, a bar, and lots of space and trees. It really is a great spot for a wedding.
It was the sweetest reception. All the family walked down the aisle which led Lindsay's sons walked her down to meet her grandpa where they walked down the aisle to Nate, where he was waiting for his future wife with tears falling down his face.
Their short ceremony was led by KV Felker and the party started right after with tacos for dinner and a DJ on site for dancing. They shared a first dance and Lindsay also had a daddy-daughter dance with her father and Nate's father as well. It goes to show you how much Lindsay is loved by Nate and how much she appreciates it.
During the reception Nate's friends surprised him with a gift, a set of new binoculars. The gift not just from groomsmen but a lot of his friends was really neat to see. Nate is a pretty good guy and is appreciated by so many.
