Ed and Kayla's day was pretty awesome!
Married on 10-10-2020 - that date is pretty cool, right? They got married at Sweet Water Hollow a great event venue right in town. The bride and her friends all got ready together on the grounds with mimosas, just like any wedding day should start. While Kayla got pampered getting her hair and makeup down, her bridesmaids played music got ready and steamed their dresses.
Kayla has a small yet close group of girlfriends. She had three bridesmaids that all wore the prettiest deep purple and all looked so good in the dress Kayla chose. Plus her niece was a junior bridesmaid and blended so well with the girls. Ed wore an incredible blue suit. While his groomsmen look just as handsome in their vests.
Their arch was so simple and yet such a beautiful compliment to the fall colors. Nestled back in the trees next to the river the bride and groom had a short and sweet ceremony with quite a few onlookers both sitting and standing.
They served mac n cheese, rolls along with their roasted pig and more. It was cool fall day and mid-reception the wind literally started taking decorations right off the table so guests moved closer to the bar and starting migrating inside. The wind was so bad that was a slight rush to get everything safe.
They had the most beautiful cake done by the maid of honor, Mikalah who shared such a sweet speech about her best friend Kayla. George, best man, shared his admiration for Ed and wished the couple the best. It was clear that Ed and Kayla were so loved.
It was such a perfect day despite the wind. I really enjoyed being able to get some of the most important moments for the Howick family!
