I bet they are happy they don't have to hear the "when are you going to get married." 

They finally did it people. 

Bo and Katie exchanged vows in a early fall wedding at Huckleberry Hollow in Baker. This is my first wedding at Huckleberry Hollow and it was A-M-AZING. I have done some regular session there before but a fall wedding just was so different. 

If you don't know where Huckleberry Hollow is, it once was owned by the Kolman's and has a beautiful pond and a foot bridge over it and an adorable bridge to the property - yeah that one. It couldn't have been a better day, weather wise - it was a warm Idaho fall day. 

Katie was pampered by the hair queen Wendy Bowman at Hidden Gem Hair Studio. She started with Cadence, Katie and Bo's daughter, she got her hair done with some curls and a braid and her makeup was perfect. Wendy pulled off an amazing loose yet perfect updo on Katie. Wendy then did her makeup and it was perfection. She contoured and baked and added the perfect blend of colors on her lips for the fall wedding. Katie looked beautiful. Now Katie is beautiful with her fresh face you mostly likely see her with, but she looked drop dead gorgeous. 

The tables each had a cowboy boot in the center with some flowers, candles and runners, they were cute. They had photos and memories around. They had a great mixture of fall marigolds and lanterns. They had a beautiful memorial bench for their loves who were missing, including a sweet memorial chair for their son Brody, who is sorely missed.

They had a donut wall - it was so great. Their cake was a small one tier simple cake with donuts from Pastry Perfection, in Boise. It was such a sweet touch - pun intended.  

They made an aisle in the perfect spot for their ceremony and were married by James Jensen. Their ceremony was short and sweet. They had so many people there, it was really fun. I was stoked when I saw Nathan again at a Salmon wedding. This is the second wedding I have done with Nathan and he is great! He really is the best DJ I have ever worked with. 

He is based in Sun Valley but always willing to come here for the right weddings. He plays such a great mix of songs and genres, knows how to get people on the dance floor and staying on the dance floor. I got some great shots of everyone dancing, Nathan had people on the dance floor continuously. And a huge benefit for other vendors is when they work together, it is great being able to be on the same page with other vendors for a smooth day. Nathan is easy going and down to earth and just wants you to have a good time. 

Bo and Katie shared their first dance and while Katie dance with her father Terry, Bo danced with their daughter Cadence - so sweet. They also had some pretty speeches too. It was such a great day.
