Jess and Haley's Dream Wedding at Twin Peaks Guest Ranch

As an Idaho wedding photographer, I've had the privilege of capturing many beautiful moments, but Jess and Haley's wedding at Twin Peaks Guest Ranch in Salmon, Idaho, was truly something special. The day was filled with love, laughter, and breathtaking scenery, making it a celebration that will be remembered for years to come.

The Perfect Setting: Twin Peaks Guest Ranch

The Twin Peaks Guest Ranch is a gem in the heart of Salmon, Idaho. Known for its expansive mountain views and rustic charm, it provided the perfect backdrop for Jess and Haley's big day. The ranch's natural beauty was on full display as guests gathered for the 6 p.m. ceremony overlooking the majestic Salmon River Mountains. The late afternoon light cast a golden glow over the landscape, creating an ethereal ambiance that was simply magical. The majority of their guests traveled to Salmon, staying at the Ranch, making it just that much more special.

A Ceremony to Remember

As the ceremony began, all eyes were on Haley as she walked down the aisle. Her dress was nothing short of stunning; she looked like a goddess in her flowing gown. The intricate lace detailing and delicate beadwork complemented her radiant beauty, and as she moved, the dress seemed to shimmer in the sunlight. Jess, standing at the arch, couldn't take his eyes off her, and his expression of pure love and awe was a moment I was thrilled to capture.

The ceremony was heartfelt and intimate, with the Salmon River Mountains providing a breathtaking backdrop. The vows Jess and Haley exchanged were filled with emotion, bringing tears to the eyes of many guests. 

The two were wed by Haley's grandfather. They exchanged handwritten vows a beautiful touch to any wedding ceremony.

The Small Details

One of my favorite parts are the details the couples includes and how this all comes together on the wedding day. Jess was gifted a belt buckle, from his grandfather. We included this into their details, along with her jewelry, boots and flowers. Detail photos are some of my favorite. I really love ring photos with all the little fun things. 

The arch was decorated beautifully along with all of the tables. Dylan of Peony Lane Decorating did an amazing job styling the tables and bringing it altogether. There great little teapots on the tables with flowers, handcrafted crochet pieces by the Mother of the Bride - all those little details make the day and what makes looking back on the photos fun. 

Their flowers were also gorgeous. Fleurish Floral does an amazing job every single time and this time was no exception the flowers were beautiful, the colors, the arrangement - always spectacular. The bridesmaids didn't carry bouquets but had baby's breath around their wrists like corsage, really great idea.

A Festive Reception: Tacos and Touching Moments

After the ceremony, guests made their way to the reception area, where The Taco Wagon was waiting to serve delicious, fresh tacos. The casual and fun dining option was a hit, adding a relaxed and festive vibe to the evening. The aroma of grilled meats and freshly made tortillas filled the air, enticing everyone to indulge in the culinary delights.

The speeches that followed were both beautiful and moving. Friends and family shared stories and heartfelt words, celebrating the love and journey of Jess and Haley. Laughter and tears flowed freely as everyone reflected on the couple's unique bond and the adventures that lay ahead.

Dancing Under the Idaho Sky

As the sun dipped behind the mountain, the first dance began. Jess and Haley took to the dance floor, their love for each other evident in every step. The soft glow of string lights overhead and the twinkling stars above created a romantic atmosphere that was simply perfect. Capturing these intimate moments was a joy; the way they looked at each other, the smiles, the gentle whispers – it was clear that they were in their own world.

The dance floor soon filled with guests, everyone joining in the celebration.
