It's been about five years or more that I have gotten the Bigelow family in front of my camera and it's so good to have them back. Look how great they look. 

I am so happy we not only got to do these since Dakota was just visiting for a short time but we have only ever gotten fall/winter photos - this is their first warm season session. Kayla actually always wants the snow for family photos and it's actually sometimes hard to get that in-between of lots of great snow and now blistering cold out. 

These summer ones are to die for. 

We had a lot of fun. Jeremiah said he was NOT going to smile and let's be honest he failed miserably. This smiley guy is the life of the party. He had me and everyone else laughing and if he wasn't smiling he was slipping in some silly faces. (Those are okay too.)

It's sometimes so crazy to think about living in a small town and literally knowing EVERYONE. I have known Josh and Kayla for over 20 years, that's so crazy. Way before kids, marriage and houses. It's neat to think about these two and this beautiful family they have created. At one point I was taking a photo of just the three kids and mom said, "look at our kids." At that point, she is admiring how much they have grown and how much time has passed. 

Time is a thief. 

In the blink of an eye your kid is college across the country, really. I am so happy they took the time this summer to catch up on some family photos and create some of those fun moments.
