Every stage is important, and every moment deserves to be remembered.

That’s why I’m offering Spring Family Minis—a chance to press pause and document your family as they are right now. These sessions are designed to be quick, fun, and stress-free, so you can relax and enjoy the experience while I capture the love and connection that make your family unique.

SPRING FAMILY MINI SESSIONS  - Contract and Non-Refundable Retainer

Please fill out the following and read thru the contract. The balance due is the non-refundable retainer. You will owe your balance on the day of the session.

By signing below, I (Client) am agreeing to allow Annette Lewis aka Bellanet Photography to share images from my session on social media and for marketing purposes without compensation.
Contract Details
Client agrees to pay photographer a retainer of 50% at the time of booking to secure their appointment date and time. This is a non-refundable retainer fee that goes toward your session. A balance depending on your package choice is remaining and due no later than the session date. Please see above for retainer and total costs pertaining to your package. THE REMAINING BALANCE IS DUE PRIOR OR THE DAY OF THE SESSION, April 5, 2025. 

The total package is $200 and includes up to 45 minutes, 20 digital images and print release. 

Sessions are available for one family households and do not include extended family at all. 

If there are any costs/fees associated with the location the client has chosen for their session, you, the client, will be responsible for those fees. The photographer will not guarantee or arrange payment on any location. Creative fee covers travel within 20 miles of photographer's home in Salmon, Idaho. Any location outside of these limits will be subject to an additional charge of $.52/mile as part of the agreement.

If an illness or situation prevents a photo session from taking place, client may reschedule their session at least 24 hours prior to their shoot without penalty. Should client fail to give 24 hours notice, or decide to completely cancel the shoot or not show up, this session fee will not be refunded. The 50% non-refundable retainer covers any time and prep associated with the session and is not refundable.

If a client reschedules more than once there may be an additional charge of $55 to re-book. Photographer reserves the right to reschedule due to illness, weather, equipment malfunction, or other circumstances beyond their control. Re-shoots are determined at the discretion of the photographer. Re-shoots and refunds will not be given for poor choices of clothing, make-up, hair or weather related issues, or by not following the recommendations of the photographer. The photographer will not be held responsible for how family members behave or act during the session that may result in your 'dissatisfaction.' 

The total cost of the session fee is not refundable once images have been downloaded or delivered via your gallery. This includes any screenshots you have taken as well from your gallery but did not include them in your chosen photos. You agree that taking a screen shot from your gallery can results in a $40 per image fee. Print fees are not refundable once proof has been approved and prints ordered. 

Galleries are available for 10 days, at the 11 day mark your gallery is de-activated. There is a $40 archival fee if you need to reactivate your gallery to choose your images. 

Bellanet Photography retains all copyright of images. Print releases are delivered with your digital package. You cannot submit the images into a contest, publications or sell the images.
