I’ve been photographing for more than 10 years but also have been in the world of marketing and I know the how crucial it is to have good photos to SELL. 1. Modern Headshot
    Now don't think of a sitting in a stiff jacket on a stool in front of a blended blue backdrop. We are past that. When I say "modern" I mean these are fun, adventurous, and YOU. The idea of headshots in 2023 is not sitting in front of a big flash with a cheesy smile. Think outside the box. What makes your business tick, who are you? You have to be more than an awkward photo in front of a 1998 backdrop.

    This gives your clients/customers a visual of what you do behind the scenes and while you are working. If you are a wedding decorator I want to get you there and creating the ambiance of the wedding. 
 
3. Tools of the trade
    No matter what industry you are in, you have a tools and we want to incorporate those "tools." This in incorporating that actual tools and resources you use every day in your business. Model Release
By signing below, I (Client) am agreeing to allow Annette Lewis aka Bellanet Photography to share images from my session on social media and for marketing purposes without compensation.
Contract Details
Client agrees to pay photographer a retainer of $75 at the time of booking to secure their appointment date and time. This is a non-refundable retainer fee that goes toward your session. A balance of your package choice is remaining and due no later than the session date. The remaining balance is $125. 

If an illness or situation prevents a photo session from taking place, client may reschedule their session at least 24 hours prior to their shoot without penalty. Should client fail to give 24 hours notice, or decide to completely cancel the shoot or not show up, this session fee will not be refunded. The 50% non-refundable retainer covers any time and prep associated with the session and is not refundable.

If a client reschedules more than once there may be an additional charge of $55 to re-book. Photographer reserves the right to reschedule due to illness, weather, equipment malfunction, or other circumstances beyond their control. Re-shoots are determined at the discretion of the photographer. Re-shoots and refunds will not be given for poor choices of clothing, make-up, hair or weather related issues, or by not following the recommendations of the photographer. The photographer will not be held responsible for how family members behave or act during the session that may result in your 'dissatisfaction.' 

Your session starts at the agreed time and the photographer has the right to cancel the session if you are 15 minutes or later and will not result in any kind of refund. The total cost of the session fee is not refundable once images have been downloaded or delivered via your gallery. This includes any screenshots you have taken as well from your gallery but did not include them in your chosen photos. Print fees are not refundable once proof has been approved and prints ordered. 

Galleries are available for 10 days, at the 11 day mark your gallery is de-activated. There is a $50 archival fee if you need to reactivate your gallery to choose your images. 

Bellanet Photography retains all copyright of images. Print releases are delivered with your digital package. You cannot submit the images into a contest, publications or sell the images.
